Sir – As a frequent visitor to Oxford I watch with interest the progress of the Thornhill park-and-ride extension to Boulter Street.
Given the enormity of the project, the construction crew have to be praised for the minimum of noise and disturbance to the street’s residents as numbers 18 and 20 are demolished.
The proposed fast track tube service for commuters to St Clements will certainly remedy much of the congestion experienced to those of us who have to travel through Headington. Congratulations to all concerned.
