WOULD the city council explain how they put up rents?
Our rent last year went up £20 a month to £397.89.
This year it has gone up to £430.82 a month for a three-bedroom house.
This is above the rate of inflation, but wages are not going up.
They also make all the excuses under the sun for these rises.
