A MAN has been charged with stealing two mobile phones worth £709.90 from Carphone Warehouse in High Street, Witney, on Wednesday. Luke Gordon, 23, of Falling Lane, West Drayton, Middlesex, will appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday, April 20.
