OXFORD: A proposal to turn sheltered housing into flats and plans to put student accommodation in office space were last night due to be decided by councillors.
The city council’s West Area Planning Committee met at Town Hall and was expected to approve plans to turn Grantham House, in Jericho, into flats, and refuse plans for student housing in Mill Street.
