CLIFTON Bullock would appear to have been left entirely at his liberty to carry on drug dealing for months.
The investigation over drugs from Costa Rica may have been complex, but police have some explaining to do over why there were no charges forthcoming over the other incidents when he was caught in Oxford with class A drugs.
On the face of it, simpler matters could have got him off the streets, rather than free to continue to peddle his evil wares.
