FINALISTS have been announced for the West Oxfordshire Business Awards.

Winners will be announced at a celebration dinner on Friday, March 16, at Heythrop Park, near Chipping Norton.

Kate Jarratt, of the awards committee, said: “Entries were up this year and the quality was very high.

“The judges had a difficult task to choose the three finalists in each category.”

The finalists are: * Cloud 9 Charity and Community Award: Adventure Plus, Base 33 and TVSA * Abacus Events Green Business Award: Agrivert, Data Plastics and Worton Park * Owen Mumford Innovation Award: DFX Technology, First Sight Media and Oxford Products * Ridgeway Large Business Award: Data Plastics, Oxford Products and STL Communications * Floremus New Business Award: Caswell House, Harris and Thompson and Woozlebears * Strategic Mentors Business Person of the Year: James Eades (Energy My Way), John Sharples (Low Power Radio Solutions) and Brendon Cross (STL Communications) * Blenheim Palace Rural Business Award: Agrivert, Ascott Community Shop and Foxbury Farm * Bloxham Mill Small Business Award: Harris and Thompson, Ice Oxford and Jaffé & Neale Bookshop & Café * Urban Element Social Media Award: Aston Pottery, Chipping Norton Theatre and Morgen HR * Heythrop Park Resort Tourism and Leisure Award: Chipping Norton Theatre, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Crocodiles of the World.
