I FEEL sorry for David Cameron in his efforts to cut housing benefits.
West Oxfordshire District Council has doubled its yearly charge for litter-picking on the estate where I live and refuses to justify the reason for the increase.
Many of those on the estate are on housing benefit, so in consequence of this increase, housing benefit on the estate increases. Is this council taking the rise out of Mr David Cameron?
