THERE’S just no way of trying to understand the logic of Oxfordshire County Council painting weird double yellow lines across the junction of Latimer Road and All Saints Road.
traffic calming is a proper issue for the county to be involved in, but it does not give it the right to make up road markings on the hoof to dupe motorists from driving down streets perfectly lawfully.
All this does is undermine legitimate traffic schemes.
