Youngsters visiting an Oxford gallery could take inspiration from exhibitions and have a go themselves this half-term.
Modern Art Oxford’s art trolley was in place alongside an exhibition of British artist Graham Sutherland’s work.
Gallery spokesman Sara Dewsbery said: “The art trolley is a regular activity, but this one has been particularly popular as the Sutherland exhibition has encouraged a lot of creativity.”
George Long, seven, from Radley, pictured alongside An-Nhi Huynh, six, from Botley, said: “I was inspired after seeing the paintings. They made me want to draw.”
The Sutherland exhibition runs until March 18.
