THE last people to move into the new development are 30-year-old Kristian Szordykowski and his young family.
Along with his 34-year-old fiancee Magdalena Grzeszak and their three-year-old son and four-month-old twins, the gardener will begin a new life in their Rose Hill home today.
The family, who had been living in Cowley, are excited about the move to their new Oxford Citizens Housing Association home.
Mr Szordykowski, who is originally from Bydgoszcz, Poland, said: “We liked the area and my older son goes to nursery here.
“We’re moving into a three-bedroom house – we want it to be a real family home.
“I remember Rose Hill before they started to rebuild and I think now everything looks much better and now that people have moved in and started living there, I think it will be great.
“It will start to be a new community and I think we would like the children to grow up there.”
