A man appeared in court charged with raping a woman as she slept.
William Benn yesterday appeared at Oxford Crown Court accused of raping a 37-year-old woman in Luther Street, Oxford, at about 4am on January 23. The 43-year-old, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody to appear on April 13.
