WHILE disciplining the PCSOs who dumped a homeless man’s tent would be too much, police should never have got involved with what is a civil dispute of trespass.
When they do next to nothing to thwart protesters storming Radcliffe Camera or Didcot Power Station, picking on a vagrant for effectively the same issue is hardly a proper use of police time.
