BANBURY
* Paul Baylis, 30, of Ivatt Walk, Grimsbury, Banbury, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm in Banbury on July 19. Given a restorative-justice programme, a drug-rehabilitation requirement and a year's supervision. Also told to pay £100 compensation and £40 costs.
* Jan Sobala, 47, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted shoplifting a pair of jeans from New Look in Banbury on September 20 and assorted household goods from Poundland on November 18. Given six months’ supervision, and told to attend a 10-day alcohol-intervention programme.
OXFORD
* Jed Denton, 18, of Underhill Circus, Oxford, admitted handling a stolen camera in Oxford between October and November and breaching a suspended sentence with a further offence. Suspended sentence varied to eight weeks suspended for 15 months. Also fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Told to do 60 hours’ unpaid work and a year’s supervision.
