Ben Wilkinson
OXFORD Mail reporter Ben Wilkinson came top in a national journalism examination.
Mr Wilkinson, who covers West Oxford, Abingdon and Wantage for the paper, passed all of his National Certificate Examinations to qualify as a senior reporter.
And he was judged the top candidate out of the 94 nationally in the news report section, to win the Esso award and earn a £250 prize.
