TRAINS have been cancelled at Oxford Railway Station after an accident involving a freight train.
The train came apart just outside Reading at 2.30pm and affected trains going to the West and to the South Coast.
As of 6pm the first part of the train had been taken off the track and the second part was about to be removed.
A spokesman for Network Rail said: “We apologise for the delay. Normal service should be resumed fairly soon.”
