THE nursery class at Frank Wise School in Banbury has been described as outstanding by Ofsted inspectors.
In her report, inspector Marilyn Joy said: “Children flourish in a nurturing environment where they receive excellent support to help them reach their individual potential.”
The school, which is also rated outstanding as a whole, educates children with special needs.
