THE first snow of the winter has fallen in Oxfordshire.
There were reports of snow in Botley and north Oxford shortly before 1pm today, although with the mix of rainy conditions it has not settled.
And this morning there was the merest hint of snow on the ground in Chipping Norton.
Last week William Hill cut the odds for snowing falling on Christmas in the county from 8/1 to 6 /1, after the first snow fell on the British mainland this year.
