PLANS to build 26 student flats overlooking a school are to be reconsidered by city councillors.
Parents, staff and governors at East Oxford Primary School, in Union Street, have opposed the plans, fearing traffic and safety problems. They persuaded councillors to call in the decision after it was approved by the west area planning committee, last month. The Planning Review Committee meets on Thursday.
