Power has been restored to all 1,250 properties hit by an outage this morning.
A fault on Southern Electric's high voltage network took out electricity supplies in Woodstock, Tackley and Kirtlington at 7.25am.
Southern Electric are still investigating the cause of the fault but managed to restore power by 10.40am, more than two hours earlier than expected.
