Robin Gibb
A Thame town councillor said yesterday residents were sending their support to Bee Gees star Robin Gibb, right, and his family as he battles liver cancer.
It is understood that the 61-year-old singer has been receiving private treatment for the cancer since May.
David Dodds, a town councillor since 1967, said Mr Gibb and his wife Dwina, who live in a mansion near St Mary’s Church, often took part in community events including switching on the town’s Christmas lights.
