DIRECTOR Simon Plumbridge got to grips with one of Shakespeare’s best-loved tragedies at Oxford’s Pegasus Theatre.
The Platform 4 production of Macbeth ran on Friday and Saturday at the Magdalen Road theatre.
Mr Plumbridge, above, said: “The text is so rich, so dark, so carnal and morbid, foul and fair, but it is one of the most produced plays in the history of theatre.”
