LAW firm Spratt Endicott is set to move into two new buildings in Banbury.

The aim is to provide clents with an easier way of contacting solicitors and staff while allowing for future growth.

The company is spending a total of £350,000 on the move into Gilmarde House on South Bar Street and 52-54 The Green.

Alterations are currently being carried out by architects, planners and project managers with staff due to move this month.

Once relocated, the firm will occupy almost 13,000 sq ft of office space across the two premises.

Senior partner John Spratt said: “We purchased Gilmarde House a couple of years ago in advance of our lease with the County Chambers Office expiring next month.

“The move will allow us to house all of our business services in one easy-to-access location, while the other will be used by our administration and private client teams.”

Gilmarde House will provide high-quality fully air-conditioned facilities for both staff and clients as well as additional office space.

Recent design changes to 52-54 The Green includes the creation of a luxury boardroom complete with state-of-art facilities, including the latest Smartboard interactive whiteboard, projection facilities for meetings and presentations and improved acoustics.

The commercial law departments’ move to Gilmarde House will also provide additional parking spaces, giving secure parking facilities to visitors.
