Radio Oxford presenter Bill Heine is hoping to become a landlord and rent out his home in Headington.
The terraced property comes with four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a small garden, fitted kitchen and, unusually, a 25ft fibreglass shark, perched headfirst through Mr Heine’s roof.
But with a hefty price tag of £2,500 – the same amount of money that would currently pay for a seven-bedroomed detached house in neighbouring Lime Walk – you can’t help but wonder if Mr Heine will reel in tenants.
