THE creation of the new roundabout at Heyford Hill has been overall largely successful and impressive.
However, highways chiefs obviously overlooked one seemingly small but crucial element by leaving the old sign on the A4074 heading from Sandford towards the city.
It shows a far simpler lay-out than the new one and is causing confusion among motorists who don’t know the area – surely those who any sign is there for.
