Dominic O’Neill, 70, of Haines Way, Watford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Sheep Street, Bicester, on October 19. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Caroline Walls, 35, of Carter Close, Oxford, admitted shoplifting £125 of clothes from River Island in Banbury on October 9 and a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Jailed for 10 weeks.
Andrew Marshall, 26, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted shoplifting frozen mince, bacon, cheese, washing powder, three bottles of wine, newspaper and a blue-and-red bag valued at a total of £82 from Londis in Banbury on September 26. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on October 12. Jailed for two months “because you’re a prolific petty offender”.
Michelle Cordell, 30, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control in park between Ferriston and Ironstones in Banbury, and while out of control injured someone on March 12. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £1,000 compensation, £85 costs. The dog, Frankie, was ordered to be neutered and microchipped by December 20.
Carl Korszewski, 28, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis in relation to a suspected drink-drive offence on June 12 in Chipping Norton. Admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by a con-stable. Given 80 hours’ unpaid work with £500 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
Daniel Arnold, 20, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a pedal cycle in Banbury on September 9, Fined £50, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and £300 compensation.
