Reading Peter Casbolt’s letter regarding digital TV (Thursday, September 22), I agree with him.
Where I live, we have lots of problems with trying to get ITV1, 4 and 5. It doesn’t affect the other channels only the ITV.
Some days, it’s fine and other days no picture, but with messages on screen saying ‘no signal’, or ‘no service – ‘re-tune’ is another one. If it resumes with a picture, the picture is like a jigsaw puzzle and then it may settle down with a good picture.
Is there a reason for this?
