A play area in Oxford Road, Eynsham, could be in line for a £154,000 revamp.
West Oxfordshire District Council’s cabinet has recommended that developers’ cash be spent on the scheme.
A zip-wire, large sandpit and ground-level trampoline are all being considered for the site.
The money comes from Taylor Wimpey and Cottsway Housing Association as a condition of being granted planning permission to build housing estates.
The cabinet’s decision will need to be ratified by the full council on October 19.
