DARTS: Three Tuns cut down rivals THREE Tuns A were in top form as they crushed Bicester side Hundred Acres 7-2 in the Oxfordshire Super League.

County chairman, Jim Jukes, got the Tuns off to a good start with a 3-1 victory, followed by Phil Addison who had the same 3-1 scoreline.

But Jon Jukes (22.89 average) lost his set 3-2 to Acres' man of the match Kevin Middleton (24.39).

Pete Newman (23.48) then restored Tuns' advantage with a 3-0 success.

Acres got it back to a one-set difference as Joe Palmer (22.43) beat Dave Essex 3-0.

Paul Freeman put Tuns a set from victory with a 3-2 defeat of John Wigg (22.22) and Barrie Stratford (25.17) put the result beyond doubt with a 3-1 win.

Tuns' man of the match Pete Hall (25.91) and Roger Haines (22.77) then sealed the rout with 3-0 wins.
