The public consultation on the redevelopment of the town centre ends on Friday.
The Bury Street precinct is expected to undergo a £3m revamp next year with smaller shops making way for two large units.
A £50m redevelopment of The Charter area in 2013 will create a supermarket, more shops and a car park.
The Malthouse Surgery and Abingdon Library would also be relocated.
