A tractor and car crashed in East Challow on Monday night, closing the road for more than two hours.
The collision happened at 4.40pm on the A417 and fire engines were called from Wantage and Oxford to cut a man from his Honda Accord.
He received treatment from paramedics at the scene and was taken to hospital with a suspected broken arm.
