A group of doctors has lodged papers to seek a judicial review of Attorney General Dominic Grieve’s decision not to allow an inquest into the death of Dr David Kelly, above.
The Government weapons inspector was found dead near his home in Southmoor in 2003, and was judged to have committed suicide by Lord Hutton after an inquiry.
In June, Mr Grieve concluded that any inquest would reach the same conclusion, but papers applying for permission to seek judicial review were lodged with the High Court on Thursday.
