Claire Richardson, 37, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting from Sainsbury’s in Kidlington on April 17. Told to pay £50 costs and given nine months’ supervision.

Daniel Tomczuk, 33, of Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, admitted driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and drink driving in Toker’s Green Lane, Toker’s Green, on March 29. Had 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Given 200 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for 40 months.

Michael Aspel, 27, of Wick Farm, Oxford, convicted of criminally damaging a glass door valued at £1,000 belonging to Shipleys, using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress and racially aggravated use of threatening or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford, on September 4, 2010. Jailed for four weeks.

William Hudson, 73, of Bath Street, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on April 20. Told to do 100 hours’ unpaid work and given six months’ supervision. Told to pay £85 costs.

Stephen Dare, 44, of Waverley Road, Weston-Super-Mare, convicted of entering into an arrangement which he knew or suspected facilitated the acquisition, retention, use or control of criminal property, namely a Hyundai Santa Fe between October 18 and 22 in Wheatley. Also admitted driving without insurance on the M40 at Wheatley between September 7 and October 17, 2010 and again between October 18 and 22. Given a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and 12 months’ supervision. Told to pay £50 costs and banned from driving for six months.

Zoe Green, 31, of no fixed address, admitted sending 27 threatening text messages to a woman between January 21 and February 7 causing her to fear that violence would be used against her. Given 12 months’ supervision and told to do 60 hours’ unpaid work. Also given an indefinite restraining order.

Henry Loveridge, 26, of Manor Hall Road, Southwick, Brighton, admitted stealing a bank card in Oxford between December 8 and 21, and fraud by false representation to withdraw cash and make store purchases valued at £3,024.96. Given a six-month jail term, suspended for a year. Told to carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work and 12 months’ supervision. Told to pay £3,024.96 compensation and £170 costs.

Stephen Ashley, 26, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted assault by beating and criminal damage to a cooker in Berinsfield on March 7. Given a three-year conditional discharge.

Neil Buckingham, 38, of Kennington Road, Kennington, admitted failing to stop after an accident, and drink driving in Kennington, on May 5. Had 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £2,250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Jerzy Kotwica, 30, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, convicted of going equipped for theft in Oxford on August 28, 2010 and admitted driving without a licence and insurance in Marston. Given 150 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £200 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Anthony Vickers, 48, of Godfrey Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting Pc Paul Jones and Pc Sarah Baker in Oxford on February 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £200 compensation and £50 costs.

Bryn Barrick, 40, of Grays Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Cowley Road, Oxford, on May 19, and shoplifting three bottles of Stamford Cream Liqueur valued at £17.07 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on May 20. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.

Steven Banza, 37, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle in Garsington Road, Oxford. Had 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £85, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Given 10 penalty points.

Peter Fox, 22, of Luker Avenue, Henley-on-Thames, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Henley Market Place on May 7. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Hetherington, 43, of College Way, Horspath, admitted drink driving in Cowley Road, Oxford, on May 9. Had 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £330, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jack Coombs, 23, of Woodside, Royal Military Academy, Camberley, Surrey, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Henley-on-Thames, and causing bodily harm on May 7. Given a three-year conditional discharge and told to pay £300 compensation and £85 costs.

Martin Cox, 38, of White Road, East Hendred, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress; using racially aggravating threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and criminal damage to a police cell in Abingdon on May 22. Also admitted commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Told to pay £25 costs and £125 compensation.

Kevin Dirke, 37, of St Clement’s Street, Oxford, of stealing copper piping from Cowley Shopping Centre on April 13 and lead from New College, Oxford, between April 22 and 25. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.
