Two people have been taken to hospital following a five-car crash on the A420 near Faringdon.
The emergency services were called at 4.50pm to the collision, which happened on the roundabout with Park Road.
The A420 is closed and traffic is unable to pass through the roundabout from the A417.
The fire service said six people were injured in the collision, with two taken to hospital and the other four treated at the scene.
Fire officers had to cut two people from their cars.
