BROOKFIELD Care Home has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently, so it’s great to be able to show just how much the home has turned itself around since inspectors last visited.
The criticisms of the Care Quality Commission are not always a reflection of the hard work and dedication of staff.
It’s fantastic the new manager has opened the home’s doors to show what changes have been made and we hope the official report next month backs up what the staff have told us today.
