l WITH regard to your report about Big Society loos in the city (Oxford Mail, August 29), I agree with Dorian Hancock when he says Oxford City Council has a “moral obligation” to provide public toilets. If they can’t do that, they should be booted out of their jobs.
After all, if I called on an Oxford city councillor’s home and asked: “Could I use the toilet?”, would they let me in? – I doubt it!
