l Safina Briggs, 32, of Havers Avenue, Milton, admitted failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances, namely that she was employed, affecting her entitlement to income support between November 2009 and June 2010. Fined £150, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

l Coleen Cummins, 32, of Goodall Close, Henley-on-Thames, admitted failing to comply with a community order by not attending a supervision appointment on March 3. Given a two-week curfew and told to pay £20 costs.

l Victoria Henry, 19, of Hill Road, Watlington, admitted causing criminal damage to a Vauxhall Corsa in Oxford on January 23. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £400 compensation.

l Elysha Britnell, 19, of Wolsey Road, Oxford, admitted wasting police time between October 28 and November 18 in Oxford. Given a three-month curfew and told to pay £85 costs.

l Brian Wallis, 35, of Station Road, Chinnor, admitted shoplifting meat valued at £20.06 from Co-op in Oxford on April 23. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 costs.

l Jamie Pullen, 27, of Harcourt Terrace, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a Renault van and a Skoda Fabia car in Oxford on August 22, 2010. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £590 in compensation.

l Leon Dean, 36, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Folly Bridge, Oxford, on April 2 and failing to surrender to court bail on April 14. Fined £170 and a £15 victims’ surcharge, deemed paid by detention in the courthouse for a day.

l Christopher Keighley, 38, of Stanley Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Marsh Road, Oxford, on April 23. Namely having 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit, which is just 35 microgrammes. Fined £185, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £60 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

l Kalsoom Rana, 40, of Barns Road, Oxford, convicted of drink-driving in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on June 19, 2010. Namely having 194 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrammes. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £375 costs. Given 10 penalty points.

l Nesawor Miah, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two bottles of perfume valued at £54.98 from Superdrug in Oxford on April 13, and failing to surrender to court bail on May 3. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.

l Tim Richards, 23, of Church Way, Iffley, admitted drink-driving in Gloucester Street, Oxford, on April 25. Namely having 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit, which is 35 microgrammes. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

l Gareth Spencer, 33, of St Omer Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a steak from Co-op in Oxford on November 2. One other offence was taken into consideration. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £60 compensation and £50 costs.

l Carlos Freitas, 21, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted burglary of a property in Boswell Road, Oxford, on April 24. Given a 24-month conditional discharge.

l Gheorghe Paraschiv, 42, of Cambridge Road, Hounslow, admitted shoplifting four bottles of whisky from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on April 12. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.

l Michael Wilson, 29, of Chatham Grove, Chatham, Kent, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on January 15. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £60 costs.

l Danny Bourton, 35, of Littlebury, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by not participating in an activity requirement on April 14. Must do five days’ “Back on Track”.

l Colin Edwards, 33, of Thames Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to report to supervision on April 12. Given an extra month’s drug rehabilitation.

l Bonnifasi Shayaka, 22, of Wytham Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to comply with a curfew on seven occasions in March. Curfew extended by two months and told to pay £40 costs.

l Delroy Johns, 36, of Bulan Road, Oxford, convicted of shoplifting clothing valued at £54.99 from Cult Clothing in Oxford on November 29. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and £150 costs.

l Craig Ralphs, 34, of North Way, Oxford, admitted burgling Boots in Oxford of a “large quantity of prescription drugs” on May 10. Jailed for six months and two weeks due to committing the offence while on licence and “caught in the act, admitted kicking the window in to gain access, targeting diazepam, record is very bad”.

l Martin McDonagh, 33, of Avenue Road, London, admitted three counts of stealing a car spare wheel in Oxford on July 24, 2010, and failing to surrender to court bail on January 6. Given a six-month drug-rehabilitation order and 12 months’ supervision. £150 compensation and £300 costs to pay.

l Peter Sherratt, 59, of Little Ganett, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, admitted drink-driving in Horspath Road, Oxford, on April 26. He had 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

l David Urbonas, 19, of Marston Ferry Road, Oxford, admitted three counts of criminally damaging wing mirrors in Oxford on March 19. Two-year conditional discharge and £380.96 compensation.
