ONE lucky householder will get the chance to get their home insulated for free to mark the 1,000th customer in a Bicester-only scheme.
As part of the eco town cash given to Cherwell Diistrict Council by the Government, town residents are being offered cavity wall and loft insulation for £49 each. The full cost for both is usually about £700.
The number of people who have taken part has almost reached 1,000 and the 1,000th customer will get the work done free.
