Green Templeton College has applied to erect a sports pavilion within residents’ gardens in Observatory Street, by the Old Radcliffe Observatory.
The 22m by 7.9m pavilion would be up for 10 years in the “redundant” gardens, an application submitted to Oxford City Council said.
