KEN RIDLEY’S funeral yesterday truly showed the family spirit at Oxford United Football Club.
He served United for 27 years, and it must have been touching to his family that so many players past and present turned out to pay their respects.
It showed that the United family value everyone — be they the 30-goal-a-season striker or those who work diligently behind the scenes to keep the club running.
