Merton College, in Merton Street, has applied to install ramps at its library and St Albans quadrangle.
It has also applied to Oxford City Council to install an internal stairlift, and another stairlift and rails to the front entrance of the hall at the front quadrangle. Disabled ramps are also proposed.
