CHILDREN united to create a massive 50-metre art work.
More than 100 children from seven Oxford primary schools took part in the project directed by six artists.
Each group created a section of the image of a huge river with mountains, volcanoes and bridges, meant to represent the flow of their lives to their next school, Cherwell. The project is on display until Saturday at the Art Jericho gallery in King Street.
More than 100 children from seven Oxford primary schools took part, including Stan Ball, 11, from St Barnabas School.
He said: βIt was fun sticking stuff down and easier working in a group with friends, especially using the glue gun!β
