BUILDING on the near useless patch of railway land between the Thames and Osney Lane can only be positive but it needs to be a quality development in a potentially beautiful corner of the city.
We’d hate to see every last square inch squeezed for housing and would expect the city council planners to work with developers to ensure the site complements the West End redevelopment.
