I AM pleased that Bea Bradley’s family enjoy the antics of foxes and badgers in their garden.

I, however, fail to see how one can respect foxes. I can forgive a fox for taking one chicken for food, but not when they wantonly destroy the rest.

Badgers, meanwhile, spread disease.

I do not approve of hunting but neither do I approve of folk who put foxes on pedestals.

It’s a pity you can’t make ASBOs for foxes.
