OXFORD: A man suffered bruising following an assault in Cowley.
Police said two men had an “altercation” in Oxford Road near the Hendred Street junction at 11.45am last Wednesday. One was left with bruising to his head, arms and legs.
A passing motorcyclist blocked the path of one of the men as he attempted to flee the scene and officers would like to speak with him and other witnesses.
