TWO teenagers were robbed at knifepoint in a play area off Meadow Lane, East Oxford, on Tuesday.
At about 9.15pm, a 16-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl were sitting by goalposts when a man threatened them with a flick knife and demanded their mobile phones.
He demanded they unlock the handsets before they handed them over, but the pair removed the sim cards first.
He then cycled off in the direction of Meadow Lane.
The man is described as white, in his early 20s, 5ft 7ins tall, and of average build.
He has short dark hair, and was wearing a blue bandana across his face, a black jacket, and grey tracksuit bottoms tucked into white socks with blue and white trainers.
He was riding a dark grey trek road bike and spoke with a local accent.
