BANBURY: A man has been spared jail after performing a sex act with a 13-year-old boy. At Oxford Crown Court yesterday Daniel James was given two years’ supervision and ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for five years.
The 20-year-old admitted engaging in sexual activity with a child between October and December last year in Banbury.
The court heard it was a single incident in which the younger boy offered to perform the act on James, of Beech Drive, Brackley.
