THERE have been great goings on in the Oxford Mail recently.
Ian Hudspeth was awarded the DCM (Don’t Come Monday) by council leader Keith Mitchell, for daring to try to oust the old fellow (though, this may have been a result of an earlier letter accusing him of being guilty of possession of humour and wit).
Then we have the two doctors of faith – Ramzy and Hargey debating the strengths and shortcoming of the burka, and whether it should be banned?
I’d suggest Mr Hudspeth invest in a burka before they’re banned if he wishes to sneak back into the council chambers.
If he tries getting in wearing school uniform and a balaclava, experience tells us the local plod will be on him like a rash.
