Connells estate agents is opening a new office in the centre of Carterton.
Heading up the new office will be branch manager Matthew Heavens, who has moved across from Connells in Witney.
Mr Heavens has 13 years experience of working in the industry and has worked for a number of independent and corporate agents throughout Oxfordshire.
He said: “By opening this new branch, Connells has made a significant investment in Carterton, demonstrating how highly we regard this market place.
“Carterton provides the missing link in our chain and we look forward to quickly becoming an integral part of the local community.”
