NICK Clegg has once again shown how out of touch he is for rebuking MP John Hemming over naming Ryan Giggs as the footballer at the centre of the Twitter injunction row.
The Deputy Prime Minister says MPs should work to change the law, rather than flouting it.
Much of the time yes, Mr Clegg.
But extraordinary circumstances, where arrogant senior judges take leave of all common sense and perspective to protect their own ridiculous rulings, mean the public is well served by MPs with a backbone.
