Nicki Ainley
Nicki Ainley has been taken on full-time as a coach with the Premier Sports Group and will complete her Level Three coaching apprenticeship this year.
The 18-year-old former Didcot Girls School pupil now works with pupils at Ruskin School, Swindon, five days a week running after-school clubs and coaching youngsters.
She said: “I want to stay on for another year and then look at other opportunities in the leisure industry.
“I’m really glad I came. It has been really sociable and I’ve been able to gain qualifications for free.”
